Anton Donchev is one of the brightest artists in the field of sculpture and wood sculpture, and his work is a phenomenon in the contemporary spiritual world. His works are multi-layered, complex as poetics and embody the traditions inherited from the art of the Tryavna carvers, rethought and interpreted from the perspective of modernity with the means of modern plastic aesthetics.

The work "Triumph" is multi-layered, complex as poetics, embodying the traditions inherited from the art of the Tryavna woodcarvers, rethought and interpreted from the perspective of modernity with the means of modern plastic aesthetics.
Its plastic construction is saturated with life and atavistic (hereditary) power. It goes beyond the canon of floral elements, complements and combines iconostasis woodcarving with purely plastic ornaments.
In its artistic technique, the motif of the "tree of life" is often repeated, as a symbol of the continuous cycle of life, as an uninterrupted source of inspiration.
