LIGHTING EFFECTS AT THE NDK BUILDING FROM NOVEMBER 1

On 31 October at 19:15 special effects and lights will shine the building of the National Palace of Culture (NDK). The facade of the Palace will be illuminated in different colors which will transform the cultural center of the capital in real attraction for its residents and guests.
The aim of the impressive effects is to emphasize or remind key events and dates. In mode "special effects " the palace will be colored in a combination of shades , depending on different events and information occasions.
