"NATIONAL PALACE OF CULTURE – CONGRESS CENTRE SOFIA" EAD is implementing project C11.I8 "Infrastructure in the Field of Culture" under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria. It includes activities for the digital transformation of the National Palace of Culture and the Festival and Congress Centre – Varna through the implementation of modern technological solutions, advanced information systems, and integrated digital services. The main objective of the project is to support the effective management of cultural and event activities, as well as to ensure high-quality visitor service.

The development of modern technologies, the digital transformation of the cultural sector, and the changing expectations of visitors necessitate a strategic modernization.
