The mosaic "The Sun" is made of natural stone and smalt. Its composition is non-figurative, with a biomorphic pattern. The forms are drop-shaped, polychrome, grouped in a common structure, located on a neutral background. The depicted space is conditional. The bright colors sharply distinguish the work from the restrained color of the surrounding space. The strong contrasts maximize its impact. The wall panel includes the use of colors that are opposite in the spectral circle. Orange and blue are complemented by dark red and yellow-greenish. White sharply emphasizes the contours of individual forms. The work is an aesthetic accent in the architectural space, completely subordinated to the role of contrast. Purely abstract solutions with a prominent presence in the interior and exterior are permanently present in the artistic production.
